Report on the Teachings at the Mass Funeral Service, Khayalitsha, Cape Town

Kayalitsha- Cape Town is where the State President visited thousands of TACC members to conduct the Funeral Service for the 23 deceased members of our Church.

1Corinthians 15:12-19, “Now If Christ is preached that He has been raised from the dead, how do some among you say that there is no resurrection of the dead?  But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then Christ is not risen. And if Christ is not raised, then our preaching is empty and your faith is also empty.

Yes, and we are found false witnesses of God, because we have testified of God that He rose up Christ, whom He did not raise up-- if in fact the dead do not rise. For if the dead do not rise, then Christ is not risen. And if Christ is not risen, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins! Then also those who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished.” (NKJV)

That was the scripture reading by TACC Chief Apostle in the service for the 23 late TACC members. The two hour service left people thirsty to hear more from his teachings. The Chief Apostles preached as if there was no tomorrow when He began telling people that those who are of devil will blame the devil for they are following devil but those who follow Christ will praise God for the wonderful work and job well done as they are of spirit and they accept all spiritual decisions taken by God.

That statement on its own managed to act as a handkerchief that wiped all tears from the eyes of everyone that was there until the service was finished.

The Chief Apostle then spoke about the following topics:-

Jesus was not the first person to be raised from the dead. He raised Lazarus himself and other people were also raised before. The man is from God so he is like God. If a human being is in the image of God, he is in spirit just like God..

Hence Paul said, “We have passed death and entered into life for we love our brethren. When you love your brothers, you are the image of God for God is love. Once you hate, you are the image of  The devil for the devil is hatred.

Life depends on whom you worship

To those who worship God, today, God has taken their fellow brethren as promised. To those who worship the devil, the devil has taken their brethren as promised.

Plans are ours but the success of those plans is divine. It’s God who makes decisions. If you are in the devil, everything that happens to you has been done by the devil. That is why Jesus Christ said, “If you ask for anything, God shall grant it to you.” He does not say the devil will grant it to you.

No need to cry

We might be crying here as we see the many caskets here.  There contain the bodies of our fellow brethren and would have loved to be with them, but God took a decision to call them. We need to be in one mind with God. We cannot hate what God loves but agree to it.

There is one thing I want to tell you, there is something that I am assured of, that there is a resurrection from death. You can see them dead but they are very much alive.

Those who are in Christ don’t experience death. Yes there is a change of address but they will still be alive for they are not made of flesh but of spirit. Our sisters and brothers that are declared dead are very much alive. It depends on you as to how you look at this.

Yes, the pain is in us for we wanted to live with them in flesh, but God wanted them in spirit. We can clap hands for that, for God is great. Ours is to celebrate with Him. God does mind for the pain that we have suffered. The pain we suffered is the same pain the Jesus felt when he was crucified. It was God’s decision for that to happen. God was looking and He saw everything that was happening to His people but He was only looking at Spirit not flesh.

We can cry for we don’t understand Gods’ purpose. God did this so that we could know Him better. Our brethren are taken to the hands of God. A soldier dies in the war. These were the true soldiers of the cross.

Who will raise our Brethren?

Paul says “If Christ has not risen, our faith will be in shame, and after will be found to be false witnesses about God. For we have testified about God that he raised Christ from death.

If Paul says Christ died and Lazarus and others who were dead and got resurrected, then, why we think our brethren are dead and won’t resurrect again? Surely they will be raised. The question is who is going to raise them now?

On Good Fridays we commemorate Jesus’ death and resurrection. We hear that he cried asking His father as to why He had forsaken Him. It is clear that Jesus died without God. Jesus said to the criminal that He would be with him in the even in His Father’s paradise. All those who were there were criminals. Jesus was among them, but He was not a criminal, instead, a savour of criminals. The bible confirms that He was with the criminals in paradise.

When Jesus resurrected, He asked Mary not to touch him for he had not meet his father. Who was with him in paradise if he was still seeking to meet his Father? It is a clear message that in paradise there is no God.

For instance, I have two homes; one in Ngqeleni and another in East London. You can be in my home in Ngqeleni looking for me and you would not find me there but in another home. So, it means I have many homes. It is the same in Jesus’ case. He thought He knew His Fathers’ home not knowing that God is not dwelling in the dead but in the living. Hence he had to go and look for Him in the Apostles who were alive.

Who is this God that He was talking about which was not found in the tomb? Even Jesus never found His father in the tomb for God is not the God of the dead but God of the living. Then Jesus said to Mary, “Tell my disciples that I’m coming.” Then when he reached them in the upper room, Thomas asked to touch him. Jesus allowed to him to touch Him for His father was among them.

Where is Jesus Christ?

Jesus said to his Apostles in Mathew 28 vs. 19-22 that He will be with them until the end of time. Meaning, on each and every second, minute, hour, day, week, month and year, Jesus is with His Apostles. That is where God dwells. Hence Jesus said, Those who receive you, receives me and the father that has sent me. In other words, if you want to meet God, the address where He lives is not in the dead people but in the livings who are His Apostles because it is these Apostles who are the light.

Who are Apostles?

Apostles are the light of the world. What is light? Light is life. It is not just something that makes you to see things as they are. In other words, God was in His Apostle. Jesus said I will be with you until the end of the world.

What happens when you die?

I am not preaching about resurrection I am speaking about it. Paul says “We have passed death and entered into life for we love our fellow brethren. It is impossible for you whilst you still hating your brothers to claim that you in Christ.

Church of God vs. Church of People

Churches appoint people and establish the churches according to their will. We do have lots of Christian churches and they are all established by man. We have ministries, Pastors with powerful ministries. God cannot send a person to divide people. Holy Spirit is the spirit of fellowship. Where there is Holy Spirit there is love, fellowship and forgiveness. Where there is Holy Spirit, there is no split.

The church of God is the establishment where people dwell. It is a spiritual church that is not made by man. It is the place of peace, the place of love, not your own church. None of these churches have the ability to learn to worship God, for God is love, God is peace, God is forgiveness.

What makes you to be from God?

What makes us to be from God is Love. You can make your ministries and there is no problem in that but there is a need for you to practice Love. Where there is love, there is peace. Where there is peace, there is liberty. Jesus said to Apostles, “those whose sins you forgive are forgiven.” It is because those apostles were clean inside. To show that we are from God, you will see it now.

When the Chief Apostle finished teaching, it was that big moment of calling all the souls to be allocated a place in human flesh as it is always a promise to TACC that, we don’t only promise one a welfare after joining the church but also eternal life. The Chief Apostle said before conducting this special service “We are not making jokes that we are Apostles and we are the only ones that are allocated the duty to baptise the dead untothe living and if you don’t believe it, you are going to see it now.”

After praying, Father Apostle Ximbi called all the names of the deceased, one by one until the last name. The stadium was touched, tears flowed.

After everything was done, the President thanked all present including the sponsors and government and said “You are indeed a government of the people. You care for the people, that I saw in practice as a result of this accident. You were with our people since the beginning of the tragedy up to the end. You can be known as corrupt government but as corrupt as you are, you care about people who are in trouble. Don’t fall. When you fall, rise up. God shall bless you to rule forever."

After The Chief Apostle had closed the Funeral Service as such, the visitors and guests were given an opportunity to speak.  These visitors and guests included many of the Leaders of our Nation, including the Minister of Health, the Minister of Labour, the Deputy Minister of International Relations to mention but a few. Our apologies to all those not specifically mentioned.

Deputy Minister Fransman (International Relations) introduced the Minister of Health saying that it is known across the country that the Chief Apostle can stop the rain. he appreciated the presence of the Chief Apostle as it was predicted to be a rainy day in Cape Town, but he knew that it would not.

Dr. Motsoaledi gave out the number from Department of Transport to report anyone who feels uncomfortable by the public transport that he or she is using, which is overloaded or not roadworthy. The number is 086 140 0800, it’s a 24 hour service and you will remain anonymous.

Twelve Apostles’ Church in Christ would like to express its great appreciation for the massive support that it has received from all layers of Government in this time of tragedy, from National Government, including Para-statals, from Provincial Government and from the City of Cape Town. Without your massive support, these commemorations would not have been possible. We must not forget the Management of the Bus Company concerned for making it possible for so many family members to attend. Thank you.
